Why does my custom rig slide trough the ground?

This is my first custom rig I have ever made that is not human shaped, My problem is that it slides trough any parts no matter what I do.

This is the file of the model:
Craberal.rbxm (19.7 KB)

This is a model of a creature that lives in caves and hides between stones, I cannot figure out why it is sliding trough the floor, I tried disabling collisions all around the rig and it still slides (and somehow collides) on the floor.

Any things that I have to adjust? Anything to resize? Something to remove? I need answers.

(I am not the most fluent at english, sorry for any misspelling)

Check if it’s anchored. If not, it will depend on the script or build you made. Is there any scripts involved?

The only script I placed into it was to load animations

(EDIT: I checked part by part and none of them are anchored)

Hey there!
After looking at your model, I’ve noticed that your HipHeight rests on 0. After changing it to a bigger value, the issue was gone. So taking this number up until you find the right one would be a great solution, I guess!

EDIT: 2.6 works well.
EDIT2: HipHeight is a property of a Humanoid.

I hope this was able to solve your issue, have a nice rest of day!
