I think NCS has amazing music, but when I tried to put one of their songs into roblox, it got deleted for copyright. I find this odd because the channel is literally called No Copyright Sounds.

I donāt really have much knowledge here, but hereās what I think:
A) Roblox takes it down because itās ānot yoursā.
You didnāt really make it yourself, so roblox would probably flag it up, since itās already published and āassociatedā with someone already, etc etc.
B) Itās already on the marketplace.
Popular songs such as Tobuās Nitro (which I think Iāve seen on NCS before) are ALREADY uploaded (eg, By DistroKidOfficial).
Iād say check if your requested sound does indeed exist and is already uploaded prior to trying to upload yourself.

Well NCS is free to use with no copyright issues. However using the music in video- games can fall under āBroadcastā rights. This is why I believe Roblox deletes them.

As @K9TvzArt said, many sites offer non-copyright songs/content, but with the stipulation that it is not used in any way to make money for the user.
In this case you may have a completely free Roblox game, but because Roblox gives you Premium payouts in Robux when people play your game itās a form of income. Robux are convertible to cash, so you are making a profit using this content.

but youtube videos can also earn you money
Yes, but if they get reported by the copyright holder theyāll get taken down.
wait, so what is the point of non copyrighted songs then?
So you can use them in things that dont make money. You cant use minecrafts music for example even if your property is noncommercial, granted many people on youtube dont care, but thats the law.

Non-copyrighted songs are up to the songwriter.
If someone is just making music for fun, or to do a one time sale to a music distributor and donāt care what they do with it or you just want something that other people can use on YouTube or in video games then thatās their choice.
