Why does roblox delete public domain songs/audios

i uploaded the song “Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy” by Tchaikovsky, which released in 1892 and is in the public domain, but it got removed for “intellectual property policies”. Tchaikovsky has not been alive for 130 years, i don’t think he owns the copyright to that song anymore

also, yes i know about the version that was officially uploaded, but that version sounds weird

Are you sure you got a performance that is in the public domain? While the song itself is definitely in the public domain, original performances made in the last 70 years or so are most definitely not. See this video.
