Why does roblox force ambient occlusion when on max graphics?

Ambient occlusion shadows are ruining my games aesthetic on max graphics, why does Roblox force it on you?

Because AO is meant to be for realism sake (i think).
There’s no way to disable it other than changing the graphics settings which is just silly.

All you can to is either suffer or make a custom lighting system that uses either ViewportFrames (if you are smart enough to do that) or neon material and tweening in order to actually remove it (if you be smart about the placement of the parts with neon material).

Clearly, you are a builder so you can’t do those options. Try using other lighting technologies such as Compatibility (my daddy~).

Or you can just disable shadows.

another roblox L, they really should add shaders, everyone is asking for them. It will make roblox 100x better.
