Why does sales on correspond with amount of owners

I have this plugin with at least have 200+ downloads . However, roblox states that there are only 3 sales

I made sure to open owners tab to show that there are a bunch of owners . Any ideas? Ty

Just wait a few days and see if it keeps as that. It may update.

My plugin is up for around a month now and it have 100 downloads around a week after it is publish . however, the sales have only increase slightly (it was 1 and a few days ago 2 and now 3) when I clearly have way more owners . Please help. Ty for your response tho :DD

I’m wondering if this inconsistency with Sales and Owners has to do with inventory visibility…
So far I haven’t seen anything about having a hidden inventory affecting a user’s visibility in item Owner lists.

But that’s what I’m suspecting

Owner list protects the privacy of the downloader which means I cannot see the username of people that download it with inventory set to private

I can’t see it. But so, it’s fine if it bugs as it’s not like other people could see it?

I mean, you can see the people who got it anyways, so I don’t think this is really important, as the only person who can see it (you) have another way to do so.

Well if it still update after time, it should be fine because you still get the achievement (even late). It’s probably an issue an Roblox end, they’ve always been problem like that. We have to wait until they fix it, I believe you can put it as solved as there isn’t direct solution to this.
