Why does the ad seem so off?

I’m making a new ad for my game, but after creating a simple ad, the text looks so off, but I can’t tell why.

I’m not exactly a UI designer but the pink lollipop and the logo on the bottom left makes the heading look off-balanced, likes there’s too much stuff on the left hand side.

I guess it is more of the colors and ways they are designed are different, making it look so off.
