Why does the Animation Editor display the wrong time?

I’m in the animation editor, when I finished my animation, I realized it said 0:18/1:00. I ran the animation, as I remembered it wasn’t 18 seconds long, then I ran the animation and it was not even 10 seconds. Why does the animation editor say the animation is longer than it actually is? My video is not long enough to show, but I’m just looking for an explanation on why the timer in the left is not always accurate. The picture below is what I mean, my animation is not 18 seconds long.

Recap: Why is the animation editor timer inaccurate to how long the animation actually is, is this supposed to happen, is it my setup, or is it a bug?

The animation editor doesn’t exactly run off minutes but instead seconds, so when it’s at 0:14 it’s not at 14 seconds it’s at 0.14th of a second same goes for 0:18

Your entire animation sequence is 1 full second long, not 1 minute.
Just read it as seconds instead of minutes and It’ll make a bit more sense.

Is there a way I can make it more than 1 second then? That will also explain why when I used it as a run animation, it was super short and looked bad. Thank you!
