Why does the default roblox script have animations inside of it?

Like the title says, why does roblox’s animate script have values in which there are animations and is this something i should also be doing?

I am looking for your advice on this matter
what is the difference between adding it as a animation here or loading it with scripts?
is there any benefit of doing each one?

I believe the mere reason roblox decided to store animation ids outside the script was to make it more intuitive and easy to change them.
New players could get confused if they had to change the animation ids from inside the script.

makes sense, so I assume there’s no benefit of doing each one over the other yes?

I don’t think so, but I might be wrong here
