This is really annoying. I need these animations for guns and its not working. Why does this happen?

There doesn’t seem to be a lot of information out there about Studio crashing when uploading animations.
You can try to temporarily disable Studio plugins and publish the animation again, or reinstall Roblox and clear the Roblox Folder (see this Support Article, under the “Clear the Roblox Folder” section).
If the above doesn’t work, it might just be a quirk with Roblox, meaning you might have to wait. If it has passed ~1 day and the issue still occurs, you probably should contact @Bug-Support .
