My icon for the skyscraper ad is correct but roblox keeps saying incorrect, though it’s also a png image.

That’s because skyscraper ads are 160 x 600 pixels, and yours isn’t. You have to change your image to fit within the limits. You can generally do this by creating a new canvas in your editing program with the proper sizes, and then transferring the ad over.
