Imagine you’re KreekCraft, and some random fan contacted Roblox Support in hope they give him access to your account worth 1.6M robux. And they really did that, without any type of account verification. Now the fan has access to your account and they transformed all the robux to their account.
How would you feel about that? That’s the thing.
They can’t help you get the account back because you can’t prove your ownership of the account. If they’ll help you get your account without account verification, you can literally do that with any YouTuber’s account and get access into their account.
And you also broke their ToS, how do you expect them to reply
Technically you aren’t the account owner of the account since you bought it off a random person meaning that the account can be owned by someone else who couldve just recovered it
It’s technically completely your fault for breaking the terms of use in this situation and there is likely no way to recover the account since it’s not really owned by you (And roblox also has all the rights to terminate the bought account aswell)
Thanks for the help, I think I’ve found the answer I need so far. I will send the evidence a little later, since my friend bought it, his mother works and there is no way to send a photo yet. I’ll try to do it tomorrow! Thank you all for the feedback, it’s a pity this is an empty dialogue, but at least there are some answers here! If I can take a picture of the receipt tomorrow, I will send it here along with the correspondence of that player.
I have already written to them in other messages that I am ready to send them evidence so that they check the binding email, correspondence with the player, but they just say something like this: Change your password or email. And this is their constant response
Even with the receipt, still dont think they’re going to punish the other person, unless you somehow got them to sign with their real name, and confirm their account, is in fact their account.
Overall this may be a loss cause, I guess this is why you shouldnt break their TOS.
Buying and selling accounts is against the Terms of Service, as stated previously in this thread. The account could have been locked by Roblox themselves. You are not getting it back.
I am unsure, but if the seller got punished, the buyer would also receive a punishment, most likely a termination as Roblox states that both the seller and the buyer are breaking the Terms of Service.
It’s because Roblox’s Moderation team cannot tell the difference via real reports and fake reports. Example: Someone on roblox decideds to mass report you. How can Roblox know if thats a real report or not. The same goes for everything else. Although I do agree, some things need improvements!
