Why are trusted moderators blocking unresolved topics for communication?
I am still asking for an answer about the support service as well as about the moderators too. Here’s what I’m requesting from support:
I write that it has been hacked and there is no access to it, since neither the password nor the phone nor the mail are now available. There is a receipt and we can send it and a correspondence with a person about the purchase of an account. If it cannot be restored, why can’t it be blocked since there is a person who is cheating and will continue to do so?
They ask me to write to them in support, this is my fourth message and they are all the same. Now the question for the moderators is, why delete unresolved topics? Why cover up the support?
Yes, everything is harmful, it’s against the rules. The question is, if you can’t get access to your account back, why can’t you commit a legal action and block the person who sold and cheated?
Yes, I wanted to restore my account, but since this cannot be done, I would like this person to be blocked and this account too, so that this does not happen again, it can happen to other users too
In roblox, my friend met a player, they played together, and that player offered to buy an account, my friend agreed. They signed off and my friend was able to log in and changed his email and verification key. He received a notification about a successful mail change, but that player apparently noticed that the mail was changed, changed it back to himself, we did not notice it right away. Later we noticed this, but roblox forbade us to change the mail. The next day, a friend could not log in to this account, that player changed his email and reset the keys. Moreover, he said that he would help restore it, and asked to name all the passwords from his accounts, he said he would try to return it. We realized that this was a divorce, but the money had already been paid. We turned to support and asked friends to write about it in support, everyone received an almost similar message, we wrote in different ways, but the answer was almost always the same and a couple of words changed. We asked to block this player’s account, but he writes to us again, change the mail password, and moreover, they reset the passwords of our accounts. We were scared at first that we were thrown out, but later realized what the problem was.
It was your decision to buy an account lol. They’re not going to give you something back if you only got it through breaking their tos in the first place.
Won’t the perpetrator be punished? The one who suggested it and who caused it to happen? He will continue to deceive people like this and we may not have been the first to get into this situation
considering you have no factual evidence of this person suggesting, and going through with these decisions, roblox simply wont do anything, cause so far, they have no reason to believe this person did anything wrong
Roblox support is some of the most god awful, useless, and terrible pieces is support of all time.
I remember I was having back and forth conversations with a robot for a week straight getting absolutely no where about an animation file I needed to be uploaded, which I suppected didn’t work because it was too big, but they needed up never answer my question and even linked an article on How to Animate. Like bro?
I don’t know if this will work but try to include an invoice ID like a purchase of robux or premium in your email and see if that changes the behavior. Maybe you’ll be luckily enough to talk to a real human!
However, I don’t know if this is plausible since you purchased this account. Good luck!
shoulda sent it with the support ticket before you responded, also can I see said proof?
Cause if its chat messages they probably wont take it seriously.
Along with that including that you broke the rule they’re probably just going to ignore you now.
There’s nothing you can do. And that’s not Roblox’ fault.
You have purchased a Roblox account, which is strictly prohibited whatsoever (explicitly mentioned in the User Terms 2.c)
You violated these terms and aren’t the original owner. There’s no way for Roblox to verify this account belongs to you (everyone can fake correspondence), and even if they could, they have all rights to terminate the bought account.
You tried out the ‘black market’ and got scammed. Let that be a wake-up call for you to stay away from this. They know who’s the easiest to scam, and there’s nobody who can help you when that happens.
