Can you provide more information so that we don’t have to download the rig to help you? Send a picture of what it looks like in the physical view and the explorer, for example.

and there is motor6D in every part except root part and all motors have torso as part0 except the one in torso, that have torso as part 1 and root as part 0
Is the animation editor able to select the rig? Are you just trying to play an animation on the model and it’s not working? We need a bit more information on what’s wrong.
i am using new beta animation editor (but i also tested the old and same problem) and when i select the model, it show the list of parts without head, but i cant animate any of them
Your Head part is anchored, unanchor it and it should fix the issue.
(Also your rigs a little jerky you forgot to do the joints, you can do this by using edit on the custom character creator plugin and moving around the motor6ds.)
oh thx, i thought, if one part is anchored, rest of model will load
