I tried uploading an image to the roblox website as my game’s thumbnail, but it keeps throwing an error!

Does your image have format .jpg, .gif, .png, .tga or .bmp ?
Its a png, converting to jpg doesnt work too

Try to rename the image, maybe it will work.

It is probably an issue with the name, otherwise, it could be with your account, but I doubt it.
Try renaming it, as @robuxgeng1000 said. I can’t imagine that Roblox text filters appreciate the word “Shatters” in an image
The image is literally named “lol”

Try it, or you can contact roblox to see if they can do something about that.
