Why I can't use ScaleType Tile in ImageLabel, which uses sprite sheets?

Hello guys. I’m trying to make 3-in-row styled game. For it, I wanted to make bar-meter, which shows how many points you got. It looks like fog. But, when I tried to set it’s ScaleType to Tile, to make it look more natural, this decided to not work at all, blocking Rects. Why, and how I can fix this?
