So i made game named “PLS FOLLOW” and you can donate in it other people and someone donated 100k+ and 20k+ and i didn’t get 10% from it.

It might be because it is tricking your systems… Using :GetProductInfo() to check the prices of products is inaccurate because it takes a while to update. Someone could have just made their product 100k then swapped it back to 1 robux.
how can i fix this to get instantly price?
This is very likely the case. All donation games faced this when they first came out.
I believe a more accurate way of doing this would be using a Proxy to check the price with the Roblox API. There are free versions of Roblox proxies such as roproxy but generally I wouldn’t advise using external proxies that aren’t trusted due to the risk of data/information being exposed. Also not sure how sustainable or accurate the proxy way would be.
