So I’m making some plugins and I want to change the picture but It doesn’t change it even thought its processed on my decal library its not loading in Studio?

You probably have to wait a little longer. Same thing happened to me when I was making a decal. Eventually the decal will be visible. Or you might have to reupload the decal and have it so it’s not archived.
