Why the heck does it say that it’s complete and is stuck in processing at the same time???
The ad has not run once and this is my first time using this ad system, please help!!

They seem to be both 2 different ads? Can you take a screen recording showing your issue?

So you basically kept your Ad paused this whole time?
I think what’s happening is that even though you have your campaign paused, your campaign has already passed its date and thus got marked as “Completed” (or it’s being processed) by the system, even if you have kept the Ad paused the whole time.
The pause toggle is like a kill switch for your an Ad, maybe for any last-minute modifications when your Ad is running, idk
If the issue is still occurring within like 48 hours or so, it may be best to just contact Support to see if they can help with your issue.
Where should I contact support? On Roblox Support?
Also I never paused the ad, I was waiting for it to get approved (It took an entire day)
And then it was in processing and it has been over a 24 hours now.
Also I checked my ad balance and I still have 12, do I just create a new ad?
Yeah, try contacting them to see if they help.
Okay I think I submitted one, for now I’ll try running another ad.
