Why is my beam moving in left to right?

First:

I noticed the beam was moving left to right and if the beam is on the right the beam dissappears and appears on the left it seems to loop my wind directions are fine and any attachments are on the correct part or moves.

Second:

It only moves when texture speed is 100 or 10.
How do i fix this

More information:

Texture speed can make beam moves faster but it moves like a tornado would do so what is this problem the texture is fine
the movement is fine but the problem is its moving left and right so how can i fix this?

Nevermind i fixed it.

I changed the texture to any not moving textures its solved now.
