Why is my game getting a bunch of dislikes?

So I recently released Best Celebrity?.

It’s not the most original game ever, but whenever I join servers players seem to enjoy the game, I have asked a bunch of players and they all seem to think the game is fun…
However, the like/dislike ratio tells a different story, I’m a bit lost on why is so low, am I doing something wrong?

I think, that it’s too early to worry about it, you have 3 likes versus 5 dislikes, 1 101 visits, and, as you said, players seem to think that the game is fun. I think, that you should keep in your way and create more good updates.

Just be lucky you have an active playerbase, every game has a ton of dislike bombs.

Maybe it is, I have never really got bad like/dislike ratios, and I may have overreacted.

Is it really that common? I thought it only happened to big games.
Also the player base comes primarily from ads.

A lot of people seem to dislike games if they lose in them, but also you only have 9 ratings so shouldn’t be too bad, if you game expands I’m sure you will get more likes unless the game is genuinely bad, buggy, or other things.

It happens to all usually, people who have no experience in roblox development are always nourished with front page games. So they expect every game to be that sort of quality.

why is the game so dark and depressing, make it colourful and brighter. I think that’s why got disliked, as soon as i joined i thought wow this map is horrendous. There’s also a bug that you receive 4 or 5 more kills per kill

You may actually be right, the rating has already gone up from 36 to 46 in a few hours, perhaps all it needs is more time.

I think because of rage quits, Imagine a kid and he is beaten up in the game and his favorite celebrity just “loses” because of the kid failed to defend. After that , the enemy group dances infront of this kid. Well of course the kid rage quits and dislikes the game however don’t worry just wait to game gets popular and liked by bunch of random players. Keep uptading and add cool stuff to bring people.
