Why is my game turning me into a noob?

For some reason my game is turning me into a noob every now and then whenever I reset or just spawn in.
Is this a StarterPlayer issue in my game or a roblox bug?

Its a roblox wide issue. happening in multiple games with me too

Put in #bug-reports or [ROBLOX CRITICAL] (or whatever the tag is)
