Why is my Humanoid's state on FreeFall?

I tried changing the Humanoid’s state type with a script, but it quickly reverted to FreeFall. I’m guessing the Model is still moving to some slight degree? All parts are unanchored to enable the Character to move to certain points, and all parts BUT the PrimaryPart are Collidable. What may be causing the FreeFall?

For custom models. Always have the legs and feet have can collide to false. Then in the humanoid change hip height to your desired height.
