No, I’ve been using the same one since last year. Try reapplying your design on the template again.
Won’t it cost robux though, because it would be a new shirt?

Shirts are free to upload as long as you’ve got Premium. I’m trying to figure out what sort of glitch you’re talking about. Is it simply not loading? 'cause sometimes it takes a while for the shirt to load fully
You should try testing it first on Roblox Studio. If everything’s good, then upload it to the catalog.
If you mean the quality of the logo, its because the logo itself. The way you insert any Image, depending on its size in any program, The quality of it may go down if you enlarge it.
Hi there, if you are referring as to why the sides of the torso of the shirt is half off it’s because your shirt template should look like this:

Yeah, so make sure to cover those sides up! or if that’s not the problem then I have no idea what you are saying.

I have premium and if I go to the shirt template it now says it cost 10 Robux to load so are you sure it is still free for premium ???

Roblox has changed its procedure on how players upload shirts like months ago, whereas non-Premium and Premium users have to upload shirts for 10 Robux. Unlike the past before it where only Premium users can upload shirts for free. The reason why is because of bot duplicate shirt issues.

Not sure about what glitch you are talking about but here is as list of a few changes that I would recommend and maybe fix that:
- Fill up the sides of the torso
- Reposition the logo to the actual middle
- Allign the sleeves cut and sides so it looks cleaner and doesnt glitch the arms
- Use a better template (I can send it to you if you want)
- If it doesn’t load on Roblox, change a few pixels and try again, or better, test it on Studio

I’ve replicated a shirt upload from your exact file, I think I see what you mean by your glitch:
This is not a glitch, that’s an error on your own behalf.
You accidentally mistaken your Torso for arms, specifically these sections here:
You would need to fill these, and then reupload it and try again.
