Why is my shoe Accessory attached to my Head?

I’ve created a shoe using roblox Accessory Fitting Tool.
In the preview it looked fine but once I equip it to a character it ends up in my face.

It worked 5 minutes ago but then stopped working and now never works again. Whats wrong?

EDIT: Works perfectly fine on R15 blocky model, but not on my 2.0 models.

The solution is to not use the garbage Accessory Tool plugin, but instead create your own attachment with the same name as the attachment you’re trying to connect to like this:
