Why is my tool broken?

So i’ve just made a new tool. Usually the tool fits right into my right hand. I havent changed any values inside the tool and yet its appearing far away from my character!!! Why is this happening when I haven’t touched anything inside the tool!!!

Note it moves with the character so it’s not a problem with it being anchored it’s some other weird reason.

What is the properties of the tool, does it have a grip set? (As the property). Does it have a handle, does it require one?

Yeah nothing has been changed it’s a brand new tool with a handle.

Could it be the position of the handle, is it in the same place as the rest of the tool?
