I contacted Roblox on how I could get licensed music accepted. However, they didn’t help. So I left some negative feedback.

Once contacting to the Roblox Customer Support team regarding a situation that I was a bit worried about and figured out by myself, at the end of the day, the agent provided me with feedback to give comments on the ticket and if it was helpful enough for them…
Eventually, I believe all of them might have the independence to choose whichever profile picture they would like without disclosing personally their identity, just like the picture of the topic

How does the use of an image from the internet imply bot use? Automation isn’t used in any official decisions. The response you got was likely a canned response and the agent just so happened to pick a picture off the internet. We don’t go randomly accusing people on Discord or anywhere else for being bots for having profile pictures that aren’t themselves, do we?
Feels like this is just grasping at straws.
