Why is Roblox voice chat still unavailable in some regions?

I’ve tried to get voice chat working since it first released and opened over 3 support tickets over it. I’m Egyptian and I have had both my phone number and ID verified for the past 3 years yet I still do not have access to voice chat. Every time I opened a ticked it was always the same vague response “Voice chat is still a beta feature and so it’s not available in some regions”. Even though voice chat has been out for ages.

I’ve tried to use VPNs to go around this issue but it didn’t work at all. So I can’t use voice chat nor can I test my game’s voice chat.

My question is will this be permanent? Will voice chat ever fully release? Is it still in beta?

From what i understand, voice chat is still in beta and not all accounts got access to it even if you are ID verified

Sometimes it can also be because of the account location
