When the Character icon in the sidebar is moused over, it switches to a colored and filled version of the default icon:
All of the other icons when hovered over though, are just colored outlines e.g.:
Why is the Character icon the only one out of the total eleven that’s filled?
Wow, I did not notice this until just now. They probably forgot to change it or something. 
If I remember correctly the Character icon was individually changed a while ago after all of the other icons were done (the Character button previously had a different icon)
Heh, I just fixed that yesterday before I saw this thread. Had been noticing it forever. Should go up in a few days.
