What image format was it, if it was .png try using a lossless image format such as .jpeg. It probably has something to do with sizing?
Anything over 512×512 will be resized to 512x512, there is nothing you can do but make the image 512x512.
Sorry, it could be 256x256. I really am unsure since people haven’t tested this in a while.
