Why is the left arm just flinging around?

Hey everyone, I’m facing an issue with an animation involving holding a tool. I made a very simple hold animation for a box where both left and right arms are raised up when holding the tool. As shown in the video, the left arm appears to be flinging around lifelessly even though i animated it so that it’s stationary.

I tried looping the animation and filling all keyframes with just the stationary arms, changing the animation priorities, and even overriding the default run animation(which was not what i wanted).

That is because you didn’t add keyframe to the lowerleftarm or lefthand in the animation editor, so it plays the walking animation on them.

In the animation editor, add keyframes to those body parts and the walking animation won’t play on them.
