If you look closely at the texture in the second picture you will see a faint black line at the edge of the texture. It’s on every image of the texture so it shows up when you use a repeating pattern texture.
Try saving the image of the texture. Open it in a graphics editing program and remove 1 or 2 pixels from the edge that appears black. Save the image and use that one to make a new texture. If you zoom in a lot while editing it you may even see the dark line at the edge of the texture.
