I keep getting this error even though it is a picture that I’m uploading. I uploaded a similar picture to this and it was fine does anyone know why?

I have had this issue quite a bit, roblox doesn’t seem to at times like 4K textures. I don’t know if that is the actual problem but every time it usually fixes when I use a 2K texture.
