It isn’t. Roblox bots just think it is. This has happened to me before when I tried to upload a picture of a door and got an account warning.

Just reupload it with a slight change. I got warned for an inventory image with 4 squares and a text saying “Inventory”, but I got no warnings when I changed the font of the text.

Make sure the center of the image is not blue and is transparent and try again.
Try making it smaller, and stretch it out in the ImageLabel.
