Why is this username marked as not appropiate?

My development group is shifting towards a more, ownerless status, where everyone on the team owns it, We were going to make a holder account that we could all access just incase one of us gets terminated or hacked, but then when I was going to create it, I noticed that for some reason, this name is not appropiate?
