Alright we’ll the script should work, can you confirm that the touched event is being fired at all, add a print
ok so i just tested it and it only works when i put the value on the leaderstats to start off at a number, it doesnt work when i click for genetics and try to sell.

When you click for genetics is that on a local or server script?
its a local script on the tool
Must be changed in a serverscript. If it absolutely needs to be done with a localscript, use a RemoteEvent to still change it on the server.
