Please try a Roblox Studio reinstall and let me know the results. 
See if toggling the Updated Docking System beta feature fixes the problem
You can do so by going to FILE → Beta Features then scrolling the menu until you find it
Did you use 2 monitors?
Sometime it happens to me, and I need to re-connect the other monitor move the window to the main and done.
