That is maybe you cannot record because
l reset roblox studios but nothing happens
I am not on pc so i can’t check it but i think you can’t record videos when your game isn’t running. Try to run it by going into Test → Run (not Play) and then see if the option is available. Keep in mind that it will record only the game itself, not your entire screen. For that purpose, use something like OBS or built in windows xbox gamebar video recorder
