Expected behavior
I expected the duration to 1 hour but it takes more than 3 hours?
Is this bug or latency?
To be honest waiting 3 hours isn’t much…
It’s not a bug. Consider how many thousands of requests that Roblox gets per second that have to go through mediation. Many get dealt with by bots, but as you can imagine in many cases there has to be some kind of human involvement.
They have over 70 million active daily users. Most are just people playing, but there are a lot of people just like you and I who are submitting stuff that has to be moderated. For that reason please be patient.

Doesn’t roblox use robots to moderate, the entire site moderation is literally ran by robots.
