So basically, I had someone make me a UI, but when I imported it, the ScreenGui Is enabled and the frame has visible on no transparency and it won’t show up, Is this my screens error or is there another property that I might have off?

Do you have all UIs on the screen disabled? If so, then that might be the case, just click on it on the top right of the screen and it should say: UI 
I just checked and I do not have the UI’s disabled
If it’s an image created, then you have to wait for it to be moderated before it can be shown on screen. It has to get past moderation to do so.
It’s a frame, with a image buttons, text etc but nothing is showing.
Can you show us your frame properties and your explorer panel?
i explained what i have checked, the screen gui is enabled, and the frame is visible.
