A lot of people with premium have tried my game but i didn’t get the moneys Is Maybe because they enter by teleport and how i can male them stay more ??
Premium payouts depend on a few factors;
how long somone plays (with a limit)
how much people with premium play your game
and maybe some other
the number 1 way to make them play longer is making a good game 
It doesn’t matter how premium players join your game. It’s about how long they play. The payout is in % of their total playtime over a period of 28 days. If you get 0 Robux as payout, they play other games for much longer. I don’t know what you meant by money, so I assume you meant Robux. If not, the premium payout is in Robux.
How to get more players depends on your game. For every game there are some tricks for extra playtime of course, but since I don’t know what your game is, just try to make the best game i guess. If you don’t know how, use YouTube or this forum. Someone made a video about how (much) he earned from engagement only: How to earn robux from visits (only).

but why i didn’t get payed if one of them stay in my game for 20 minutes?
Like I said, they must’ve stayed in other games for a much longer time in the period of 28 days. 20 minutes once is nothing compared to 28 hours, given that they play the average of 1 hour / day. Considering you got below 1 Robux, they probably play more than that / day on average. Or maybe just a lot on weekends, still 8 days. Who knows. It just wasn’t long enough.
