Hey. When I made a Simulator, I had to move it to a group I created.
But, when I moved it, I didn’t understand why the animations won’t play there.
I realized, that it’s because I uploaded the animations under my account, and the game was under the group, then, I had to upload all the animations again under the group, which took me a lot of time.
Why Roblox disabled the ability to play animations from another creator?

If you had the ability to play animations from other creators. You could then use animations from games where you like the animation. However, you neither commissioned them, or paid them for the use of it or for a license to use it.
It would be similar to stealing or using another person’s creation without their permission. It would be simpler to just re upload it. This way you’re directly responsible for the infringement if there is one, and it’s a lot easier to track. This also gives creators a way to directly dispute the asset in question.

I feel like it would be a cool idea if Roblox made it so you could open source your animations for others to use similar to allowing players to copy games.
