I’m trying to upload something for a group, but it keeps denying it. I’ve tried resizing, I’ve tried changing pixels, and I’ve tried remaking it. Why cant I upload anything?
edit: I’m letting someone else upload it for me, its for a group-

Okay. First, do you have premium? You need premium to upload anything. Except for t-shirts. Second, make sure your using the right template. I’m running out of ideas.

Ok I checked your roblox profile and you don’t have premium. To upload shirts and pants you need it.
experiencing the same problem.
I tried uploading a simple black jacket 4 times before opting to buy somebody else’s.

I have premium, and this was the template:
- You might not have Premium
- Is there anything on it that goes against TOS? (e.g. leg blush, a mistake that may be considered inappropriate, etc.)
- What does the template look like?

Can you show us the clothing? Watermark it of course.
We need to see why it is inappropriate or like others said, you might not have premium.
Edit: Juts checked your profile, you do not have premium that is needed to upload shirts/pants

Ah, ok. It is most likely because you don’t have premium. Another reason is the text. Roblox doesn’t particularly like numbers.

I was having that issue too I think Roblox needs to be updating cuz I’m having some issues getting in my account too

You both are NOT premium, so YOU CAN NOT upload shirts.

No but @Aeventy she then said that she was having somebody upload for her, she knows she doesn’t have premium. I’m also having the same issue, I have somebody uploading but the template says upload failed no matter what I try.
