Wierd colliding issue when exporting model from blender to roblox?

It’s very hard to explain this with words, so here’s a video.

The player doesnt correctly collide with the object. They dont actually touch the object but instead stand on some invisible barrier?? How do I fix this? I exported it as an FBX and used the custom avatar importer to import it into the game if you’re wondering.

In the meshpart, go to properties, and change collision fidelity to precise convex decomposition.
