Will bans make me ineligible for DevEx?

I’m worried that I won’t be allowed to DevEx after getting too many one-day bans. The bans were regarding some images deemed “inappropriate”, even though they weren’t so.

Reading the DevEx ToS, I saw that they check moderations to ensure the robux wasn’t scammed. These bans obviously hinder your chances of DevExing, but do other bans also do the same?

If I’m right, you can only devex the robux you got from games that follow ToS. If games contain images that don’t, then those robux can’t be devexed

Here’s the full scenario:

My game with players, Game A, generates robux for my account, that I can then use to DevEx.

I’m working on Game B, and I uploaded an asset for Game B that was flagged as “inappropriate”. Game B is private, so it has no players and does not generate robux.

Both games are under my account, so should I still be able to DevEx?

Yeah, but I think your Devex requests would be slightly more strict.

Do you have a source for that? The DevEx FAQ doesn’t state that.

Don’t they check how you got that robux? And plus,

They do check how you got Robux, but I think Roblox looks at transaction history instead of games to determine it

But don’t you have to abide by ToS. And if they’re getting banned a lot, then Roblox knows something isn’t right.

I’d think games breaking ToS is different than assets breaking ToS.

From my experience, if an asset is flagged as inappropriate automatically by Roblox, the game will not be taken down, and won’t affect DevEx eligibility.

However, if the game has inappropriate assets and the player reports the game, then that could potentially affect DevEx.

These are my thoughts.
