Hello! So I’m currently trying to copy some mechanics from hello neighbor and I need some assets from this game (animations, sound, models & etc.) and I’m wondering, wouldn’t I get banned if I use some assets from the game? I have already found a website where all the resources are publicly available.
You can take a look at the game’s EULA here. imo, as long as you don’t monetise these assets (e.g. lock them behind a gamepass) or base your entire game off hello neighbor, it’s okay?

as this game uncopylocked and without any purchases I think it is not violating EULA (correct me if I’m mistaking). Thank you.

Oops, sorry if I was causing misinformation here! 
I guess you’ll have to email Tinybuild to get written approval to use assets for the game, or just not use the assets.
