Will I lose the Robux I've paid if my public UGC submission is denied?

I am planning on uploading my first public ugc bundle, I am aware that roblox moderation has some problems, so just in case my bundle gets denied, I need to know if I am getting robux from my upload fee back. If that’s not the case, I’ll not risk uploading the bundle, it was made to be as small as possible while abiding the rules.

Also is there a way to upload an item before making it accesible to the catalog for it to be verified beforehand?

You will lose the Robux you paid and will not receive a refund if it gets denied.

And there’s no way to verify if the item is allegible for upload beforehand? That’s so scummy from roblox side.
