I am making an open world city deathmatch game where you drive around in cars, capture objectives, and kill other players for money. I had an idea for an npc system where they would roam around the city, provide cover for players, and you can kill them for realism and run them over with cars. Even though there would be no objective incentivizing this, would it be too inappropriate? I don’t want to waste my time coding it just for it not to pass guidelines haha.
Just make them zombies or something to be sure and stuff

No I do not think so there are some really gory games like Combat Warriors and roblox would probably just make your game 13+.
You could always go the Carmageddon route and make the npcs green-blooded zombies.
I’d personally take the risk, but that’s just me. Feel free to do as you choose.
