Will these features get my game banned?

Hello developers!

I have recently began a project that is heavily inspired by Schedule 1. I have taken steps in my game planning process in order to make it extremely different to the content involved in Schedule 1 (Illegal substance production) which is against ToS on ROBLOX.

My game will include selling candy in a school where instead of police you have teachers that will search you and try to stop you from selling and distributing your candy.

My main concern is that I really want to add the plant growing aspect of Schedule 1 into my game. I want to have things like pots, suspension racks and LED lights to grow “Exotic fruit” that can be used to produce certain candies however I fear that this has a lot of similarity to the real life case of “Green” production.

I have investigated the Roblox terms of service a lot and I’m still not sure if I can add this.

Another feature I want to add is the ability to give candy to “dealers” which will distribute your candy for you, however I also think this has a lot of similarity to the distribution of drugs in the real world.

If you have any ideas on how I can create these game mechanics where they aren’t as similar or you believe that I won’t get moderated for this then please leave a reply.

Thanks for reading.

Just make it not look like anything related to the process of creating the products featured in Schedule 1. Dont use any words that are related to that topic either and then i think you’ll be fine, especially when its a game about selling candy to your schoolmates

Growing fruits won’t get you banned, so long as you actually refer to them as fruit plants and not Controlled Substance plants. You should not have any innuendos or reference the game “Schedule I” in any capacity. I keep seeing Schedule I games being taken down, but because they reference the game, and have very similar, let’s say, growth mechanics in place.

So, as long as you stay away from the federally illegal aspect, you should be fine.

However, you can always Email the Roblox team with questions about their ToS, and hopefully get some clarification on what is, and isn’t allowed.
