Will THIS effect my DevEx?

Hey everyone! I am currently looking forward to DevEx sometime in the future, and with that are some of my on-record moderation instances.

Some of them are for bullying, although that happened in Jan 2022 and I’m not 100% DevExing this year, some of them were in early 2023, but those are pretty old and aren’t outrageous and/or considered Un-DevExable.

When I was reading the DevEx TOS and FAQ, it said those who have done ‘Scamming’ cannot DevEx.

I have 1 instance of “scamming” thats still on my record and was uploaded onto Roblox on April 7th, 2023. This is the image thumbnail

Old Intent: You can pay to access worlds and get Robux, similar to what STEEPS STEPS did.

I can understand why Roblox moderated it, although I didn’t appeal it.

I APPEALED THIS ONE!

This one isn’t on my record and was successfully appealed and can be used :grin:

Old Intent: You can covert the in-game currency.

So for my question, would this make me completely ineligible for DevEx because of the one moderation (thats still on my record) that’s considered scamming.

DevEx requests are reviewed on a case by case basis and, depending on how stingy the person reviewing yours is, your request could potentially get denied. I don’t think that it’s likely though, you should be fine.
