First of all, HRs of Roblox are from different departments, and might now handle moderation directly with user. Just content moderation from the Trust and Safety department, which is not really directly linked with the Roblox developing forum, except by the Roblox developer relations. Second, you can ask this questions to Support - Roblox, making a ticket, so you get a great, and correct answer. And third, if it contains a hate symbol, or something that is similar about it, the asset will be moderated.

You could remove any symbols or bands, and just have a plain uniform.

how would that help the theme or make the outfit look good it seems kind of plain and useless at that point

but the symbol not the swatstika but the iron cross is a medal of honor for germany in not to sure about this but i would think it would be a hate symbol if you put the swatstika inside of the cross
The first one, you MIGHT be able to get it through but I cannot guarantee. The second one, probably a 14 day ban.

yes i have gotten a 7 day ban with the red whit and black one that is good to hear with the red and black one
Try to make your own, or buy some that have already been made to avoid the upload fee.

If I were you I were just stay on the safe side and refrain from uploading those shirts. Once you get banned from Roblox because of that, it’s game over for you; you’ll most likely be unsuccessful in appealing your ban if you’re banned for a shirt like that. So don’t do it.
Rule of thumb when it comes to Roblox is if you’re skeptical if something can get you moderated, then don’t do it. You lose little to nothing if you don’t upload the shirt, you lose everything if you get banned.
Looking at your shirts, the one that got you banned for and the one that you want to upload have virtually no difference except you changed the colors of the cross symbol and the stripe. It’s really obvious that you’re literally trying to bypass moderation for an item that already got you in trouble before. If you ever feel the need to have to find a way around moderation to do something, then you should probably know yourself that what you’re doing is against the rules.

Yes, literal Nazi outfits will get you banned. I genuinely thought this was common sense, I guess not.

i don’t want to call them nazi outfits but they really kinda look like it when they are different i don’t want it to promote hate it’s ju st a bad guy outfit
i wouldn’t consider it bypassing i’m just tryna fix the error that made it seem a bad offensive outfit with no bad intentions i can see how me changing the colors of one makes it seem i’m bypassing when in reality i’m not
